Tak som znovu späť. Presne po roku a s úžasnym receptom. Na facebooku je už nejaký čas, skupina Défi Boulange(pekárska výzva), ktorú založili dve blogerky <a href="http://www.paprikas.fr/2014/05/rolls-aux-fraises-et-glacage-cremeux-au-citron-defiboulange.html" target="_blank">Nadia</a> a <a href="http://www.lapopottedemanue.com/2014/05/rolls-aux-fraises-et-glacage-cremeux-au-citron-defiboulange.html" target="_blank">Manue</a>. Výzvou je pripraviť pekárenský výrobok podľa receptu, ktorý je uverejnený na ich blogoch a uverejniť svoj výtvor na facebooku. Zúčastniť sa môže každý, nie sú žiadne časové obmedzenia ani odmeny, je to len tak, pre radosť z pečenia. Toto je prvý krát, čo sa zúčastnujem výzvy a som naozaj rada, pretože, tento koláč je jednoducho úžasný. Je to najlepšie kysnuté cesto aké som doteraz urobila a ochutnala. Striedka upečeného koláča je jemná, sama sa rozplýva v ústach. Namiesto jahodovej plnky som použila rebarboru. Mne je totiž vždy ľúto použiť jahody do pečených koláčov, radšej ich zjem čerstvé. Ak by ste mali kysnuté cesto vyskúšať len raz v živote, tak by ste mali použiť práve tento recept.<br />

<span style="color: #741b47;">500g rebarbory, 200g jabĺk , 9 sušených fíg nakrájanych na kúsky, nastrúhany čerstvý zázvor, môže byť aj škorica, kardamón...chuti sa medze nekladú. Podliať trochou vody a uvariť do mäkka. Podľa chuti osladiť melasou, medom..Nechať vychladnúť. Marmeládu, ktorá mi zostala sme zjedli s osvsenou kašou na raňajky.</span><br />

<span style="color: #741b47;">Vymiešať 3 polievkové lyžice práškového cukru s trochou vody.</span><br />

<span style="color: #741b47;">Vymiešať 70 g nátierkového syra Philadelphia, 50 g práškového cukru, šťava z polovice citróna a trochu nastrúhanej citrónovej kôry. </span><br />

<span style="color: #741b47;">1. Do misy dať 450g múky, rozmrviť kvasnice a pridať všetky ostatné suroviny okrem masla. Miesiť približne 5 minút a potom po častiach pridávať maslo. Keď je maslo zapracované a cesto sa zdá byť príliš vlhké, tak za miesenia prisypávať zvyšných 50g múky. Miesiť ďalších 5-10 minút. Cesto by malo byť hladké a nie príliš lepivé.</span><br />

Dať do misy, prikryť fóliou a nechať nakysnúť do zdvojnásobenia objemu. Potom cesto postláčať aby sa splasklo znovu ho prikryť a dať na 30 minút do chladničky.</span><br />

Tieto jemné rožky sú vlastne sladkou verziou chlebovej bagety a dostať ich kúpiť v každej dobrej pekárni. Aj keď tie tradičné neobsahujú kefír.<br />
Recept je z jedného z mojich obľúbených blogov: paprikas.fr.<br />
Kefír kupujem hlavne na prípravu lievancov a tentokrát som zvyšok použila na rožky.<br />
Pravdupovediac, nie je ho tam veľmi cítiť, ale rožky sú výborne aj dva dni po upečení. Zvyknem si ich prekrojiť po dĺžke, natrieť maslom, džemom k tomu kakao a raňajky sú hotové.<br />

Vo Francúzsku je olovrant obľúbenou časťou dňa, hlavne pre deti. Škola končí o pol piatej a pri školskej bráne už na decká čaká mama alebo opatrovateľka so sladkým koláčom,<br />
čokoládou... jednoducho, je to čas maškrtenia:).<br />
Kamarátka tento týždeň priniesla do parku tieto cookies, tri z nich som zjedla určite, také sú dobré! Vyzerajú ako z obchodu, ale chutia stokrát lepšie.<br />
V originálnom recepte sú použité mleté lieskové oriešky, ktoré som ale doma nemala a tak som použila mleté orechy+ 2 polievkové lyžice lieskovo-orieškového pyré(kúpené v bio obchode, ale dá sa urobiť aj doma).<br />
Je dôležité použiť lieskové oriešky, pretože práve oni dodávaju cookies ich charakteristickú chuť a voňu.<br />

<span style="color: #741b47;">2. Zmiešať všetky suroviny, okrem mlieka a čokolády, vznikne sypká zmes.</span><br />
<span style="color: #741b47;">3. Priliať polovicu mlieka a čokoládu, miesiť tak dlho aby sa z cesta dala vyformovať guľa, mlieko prilievať podľa potreby, nie je nutné ho použiť celé.</span><br />
<span style="color: #741b47;">4. Cesto rozložiť na potravinársku fóliu a stočiť do valčeka.</span><br />
<span style="color: #741b47;">5. Dať stuhnúť do mrazničky na približne 30 minút.</span><br />

Leto za nami a ja som si konečne našla čas nafotiť a napísať ďaľší recept. Doma som mala pár hrušiek a tiež septembrové číslo časopisu Saveurs. Ich recept mi poslúžil viac-menej len ako inšpirácia. Niektoré suroviny som vynechala a hlavne som znížila množstvo cukru o polovicu. </div>

1. Maslo aj vajce by mali byť izbovej teploty inak sa krém môže zraziť.</div>

2. Rúru vyhriať na 180°C, zapekacie misky vymastiť maslom. Ja som použila tri menšie misky, ale množstvo surovín postačí aj na jednu klasickú okrúhlu misu s priemerom okolo 23 cm. </div>

3. Vyšľahať vajcia s cukrom na penu. Stačí 5 minút šľahania na strednej rýchlosti mixéra.</div>

4. Za stáleho miešania priliať čokoládu s maslom. Teplota čokolády by nemala byť vyššia ako 40°C najlepšie taká, že keď do čokolády ponoríte prst, bude sa vám zdať trošku teplá.</div>

7. Piecť 20 minút. Aj keď sa môže zdať koláč v strede nedopečený, on po vychladnutí stuhne. Ak by sa piekol príliš dlho, stane sa veľmi drobivým.</div>

2. Faire fondre le chocolat et le beurre.</div>

3. Fouettez les oeufs et le sucre jusqu'à l'obtention d'une mousse (avec un batteur à vitesse moyenne pendant 5 mn).</div>

4.Tout en mélangeant, rajoutez le chocolat et le beurre fondu. La température du chocolat ne devra pas dépasser les 40°C . Si vous mettez votre doigt dedans, le chocolat devrait juste être un peu tiède.</div>

5. Ajoutez la farine et la levure chimique à la préparation.</div>

6. Mettez la préparation dans le moule puis ajouter les cerises.</div>

7. Faire cuire pendant 20 mn. Le gâteau obtenu peut sembler insuffisamment cuit à la sortie du four mais il deviendra moelleux une fois refroidi. S'il cuit trop longtemps, il deviendra sec et friable.</div>

3. Do stredu každého štvorca položiť 4 čerešne a zatvoriť ako obálku. Koláče potrieť rozšľahaným žĺtkom alebo Salkom(so Salkom som ešte neskúšala, ale je v originálnom recepte) a posypať mletou škoricou.</div>

Babka je kysnutý židovský koláč plnený čokoládou, alebo škoricou a posypaný posýpkou z cukru, múky a masla.<br />

Mne chuťou pripomína vianočku s čokoládou. Tentokrát som rolády zaplietla zvláštnym spôsobom, jednu som mala kratšiu ako druhú, ale to nič nezmenilo na chuti.<br />

4. Vyklopiť cesto na pomúčenu</div>

dosku a vyvaľkať ho na velkosť 30x40cm. Preložiť cesto na plech vyložený papierom na pečenie, prikryť potravinárskou fóliou a nechať odpočinúť v chladničke počas dvoch hodín alebo aj celú noc.</div>

Tento koláč vyriešil môj večný problém: čo so zvyškami suchého chleba?<br />
U nás sa chlieb nikdy nevyhadzoval a suché zbytky vždy putovali zajacom, alebo sliepkam. Lenže teraz v meste a na byte by som ťažko hľadala sliepky a strúhanku až tak veľmi nepoužívam. Ďaľšou výhodou je, že sa môže použiť akékoľvek suché pečivo, vianočka...<br />

Banánový koláč som po prvý krát ochutnala vo Francúzsku na návšteve u mojej americkej kamarátky Opal a bola som nadšená týmto jemným koláčom s chrumkavou kôrkou.<br />
Na naše ďaľšie stretnutie mi priniesla spolu s receptom aj celý kus koláča.Jedla som ho snáď celý týždeň a nič mu to neubralo na chuti.<br />
V recepte som urobila jedinú zmenu, tým že som znížila množstvo cukru,čo robím skoro pri každom americkom recepte.<br />

Magdalénky sú tradičné francúzske koláčiky pečené vo formičkách,ktoré tvarom pripomínajú mušle sv.Jakuba.<br />
Existuje viacero príbehov o vzniku magdaléniek.Jeden z najznámejších tvrdí ,že pochádzajú z mesta Commercy,ktoré bolo v 18.storočí druhoradým sídlom kráľa Stanislasa.Počas príprav slávnostnej recepcie,vznikla v kuchyni hádka a kuchár odišiel aj s dezertom.Vtedy sa slúžka Madeleine ponúkla pripraviť dezert podľa receptu jej starej mamy.A magdalénky boli na svete.<br />
Po smrti kráľa si jeden z jeho cukrárov otvoril vlastnú cukráreň a začal s výrobou magdaléniek,ktoré predával po 12 kusoch v škatuľkách z jedličkového dreva.Veľký úspech však magdalénkam prinieslo až zavedenie vlakovej trasy Paríž-Štrasbourg.Magdalénky sa predávali cestujúcim na nádraží,cez otvorené okná na vagónoch.<br />
Na úspechu sa podielal aj spisovateľ Marcel Proust,ktorý písal o magdalénkach<br />
v jeho slávnom románe Du côté de chez Swann.<br />
Tak ako existuje veľa príbehov o pôvode,tak existuje aj veľa receptov,pretože ten originálny je prísne strážený.<br />
